超级简单米粉汤
超级简单米粉汤
江鱼子熬汤,记得丢下两片姜去腥,
大概30分钟,把江鱼子隔开,加少许盐,
之后把米粉,新鲜香菇,肉丸,菜全部放下去,
最后加一粒蛋就行了 上桌前,加少许葱叶
以前的我,以为这些汤粉,很难煮的,
还好看了sushi的帖子,才发现米粉汤也可以是很容易准备的一餐
